Garage Sales
Permits
  • Dallas City Code Section 7.510 states that no individual or group of individuals shall hold a garage sale without first obtaining a permit.
  • There is no charge for the permit.
  • The only off-premise signs permitted are the signs issued by the City.
  • There is a $10 deposit for the sign, which is refunded when the sign is returned.
