Pacific Power maintains the streetlights in the City of Dallas. If a streetlight needs repair contact our office at 503.831.3562, or email and we will forward the request to them.
Please have the following information ready when calling to report a streetlight that needs repair:
Location of streetlight (nearest street address if possible and cross street)
Reason for light not working (i.e. light out, light is flickering off and on, light is on during the day, glass cover of light is broken, etc.)
