In an effort to better serve the public and to lower expenses, on Friday, November 20th between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. ONLY, we will be working on the phone system at City Hall. This is a coordinated effort between City Hall and 3 vendors to upgrade the old and unreliable phone system at City Hall. During this time ONLY, there will be a limitation on the number of calls being made to and from City Hall. The switchboard will remain open, but when you call City Hall, during those 3 hours only, you will be asked to leave a name and number and that department will return your call as quickly as possible. It is possible you may receive a busy signal during that time. We ask that you please be patient and to call again. There will be only two lines available during that afternoon.
Feel free to e-mail us during that time. Each department has an e-mail address listed on our website. During that 3 hour period, the e-mails will be closely monitored and your questions will be answered as quickly as possible.
